Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided
1.1 Leo Judkins ("Coach") provides executive mastermind services to senior iGaming industry leaders ("Client") through the iGaming Leader Mastermind ("Programme").
1.2 The Programme includes:
- Fortnightly Expert-Led Masterclasses
- Fortnightly Mastermind Sessions
- Weekly Performance Coaching
- Monthly Progress Check-ins
- Private WhatsApp Community Access
- In-Person Meetups (3-4 per year)
- Access to Frameworks and Resources
1.3 Services are provided remotely via video conferencing, phone, and online platforms, with in-person events held 3-4 times per year.

2. Fees and Payment
2.1 The fee for the Programme is £600 per month or £5,400 annually.
2.2 Optional private 1-to-1 coaching sessions are available at additional cost.
2.3 Fees are payable in advance (monthly or annually).
2.4 Payment is due on the same date each month/year as the initial sign-up date.
2.5 Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 6.

3. Membership Criteria
3.1 The Programme is exclusively for senior leaders in the iGaming industry.
3.2 Membership is subject to application approval.
3.3 The Coach reserves the right to decline applications.

4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 The Client agrees to:
- Attend scheduled sessions punctually
- Complete agreed assignments and actions
- Be honest and open in discussions
- Maintain strict confidentiality of what others say in the Programme
- Use Programme materials for personal use only
4.2 The Client acknowledges that success depends on their commitment and actions taken.
4.3 The Client must have access to Zoom for participating in the Programme.

5. Coach Responsibilities
5.1 The Coach agrees to:
- Maintain confidentiality of all Client information
- Provide services with care and skill
- Be punctual and prepared for all sessions
- Notify Clients in advance of any session changes

6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All materials provided remain the intellectual property of the Coach.
6.2 Clients may not reproduce or distribute materials without permission.

7. Cancellation and Refunds
7.1 The minimum commitment period for the Programme is 12 months.
7.2 The Client may cancel within 14 days of sign-up for a full refund.
7.3 After 14 days, 90 days notice is required to cancel the Programme.
7.4 No refunds will be provided for past months of participation.

8. Liability
8.1 The Coach's liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client.
8.2 The Coach is not liable for any decisions or actions taken by the Client.

9. Confidentiality
9.1 Clients are required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any information shared by other participants during the Programme.
9.2 Clients must exercise discretion when participating in the WhatsApp community and should not share any information from within the community externally.

10. Missed Sessions and Cancellations
10.1 Missed sessions or cancellations within 24 hours are counted as held sessions.
10.2 Sessions can be rescheduled within the same week.
10.3 Missed sessions cannot be accumulated or added to future months.

11. Recording of Sessions
11.1 Coaching calls may be recorded for training and replay purposes.
11.2 By participating in the Programme, Clients consent to the recording of sessions.

12. Termination
12.1 The Coach reserves the right to terminate a Client's participation in the Programme at their own discretion.

13. Disputes
13.1 Any disputes or complaints should be directed to [email protected].

14. General
14.1 These terms constitute the entire agreement between parties.
14.2 Any modifications must be agreed in writing by both parties.
14.3 These terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar.

By signing up for the Programme, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.
